"OMG, it feels so good when you're funny." *drools*

Went with Gabe and Casey yesterday to go see "Wedding Crashers." I give it a 4 out of 5. It was good... very funny. I love the dinner scene at the Treasurer's house: definitely the best.



Today I had lunch at La Madeleine's with Gabe. I had a chicken ceasar sandwich with cold bowtie and tomato pasta with shredded mozarella and some french onion soup. Sooooo good. From there we browsed in Scriptura and I ended up buying blank cards and envelopes. In the gay color wheel, I would say that the cards are slate blue and the envelopes are chocolate. Gabe of course found the cartoon-iest stationary/card set they had and purchased that for himself.

I went on my way and did some thrift store shopping for random furniture pieces for my apartment. Found some good things and realized that thrift stores are where all the gay men hang out. Definitely watched like 9 of them walk into one store within the span of about 10 minutes. And I would say that at least half of them were pretty cute, so I think that's pretty good odds. Leave it to me to find the only 50% thrift store sale in New Orleans, haha. So many possibilities. Just a little cleaning, touching up, sanding, bracing, and who knows...

Had some family friends over tonight. We boiled some seafood for dinner. Definitely a good night drinking beer, picking crabs, and peeling shrimp.
